All products sold by Jawz Trading are digital downloads. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

Because all products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping fees, delivery delays, customs fees, or import charges, regardless of your location.
2. How You Will Receive Your Order
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email containing your download link or access instructions. This email is automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order. Jawz Trading is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect email information provided by the customer.
If you do not receive your download email within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder before contacting support.
3. Delivery Time
All digital products are delivered instantly or within a few minutes after payment confirmation.
Digital delivery is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
There is no processing time or waiting period. Once payment is confirmed, your digital product will be delivered automatically.
4. Availability
Our digital products are available worldwide.
All prices displayed on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you purchase from outside Canada, your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction charges.
5. Download Issues
If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase:
- You did not receive your download email.
- Your download link has expired or is not functioning.
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
- You accidentally deleted your download and require a replacement link.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 business days.
6. No Physical Shipping
Jawz Trading does not offer physical shipping of any kind.
All products sold through our website are delivered electronically. No shipping charges will be added at checkout, and no tracking numbers will be issued.
